Changed Your Mind? No Problem.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right — wrong size, wrong color, or just not what you expected — here's how returns work.
The Basics
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return unworn, unwashed items. That means the shoes should be in the same condition you received them, with no signs of wear, dirt, or damage. We'll refund the full cost of the merchandise plus any sales tax you paid, back to your original payment method.
What's Not Covered
A few things can't be returned. Items marked "Final Sale" are just that — final. Products made for special collaborations or limited events also aren't eligible unless there's a quality issue covered by our warranty. And if you paid for expedited shipping on your original order, that shipping cost won't be refunded.
How to Start a Return
For online orders, log into your account and go to your order history. Find the order you want to return, select the items, and follow the prompts. We'll give you a prepaid return shipping label you can print out and slap on the box. Drop it off at the designated carrier, and you're done. If you prefer to return in-store, you can do that too — just bring the item and your order confirmation. Store returns are processed for amounts up to $250.
How Long Refunds Take
Once we receive your return, it usually takes 10 to 14 business days to process. After that, your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account. We know waiting isn't fun, but we appreciate your patience while we get it sorted.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. That way you're not waiting for us to receive and process the return before your new pair ships out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shoes arrived damaged or have a manufacturing defect, reach out through our website's contact page within 30 days of delivery. We'll sort out a replacement or refund. Same goes for anything that goes wrong during shipping — just let us know.
A Note on Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we suspect fraud or abuse. It's not personal — we just need to protect everyone.
We can update this policy at any time, so check back here if you're ever unsure about the current rules. And if you've got questions, our contact page is always open.
