Getting Your Order to You
We know you're excited to get your shoes, so let's talk about how shipping works.
Processing Time
Once you place an order, we typically need 2 to 4 business days to get it packed and out the door. During busy seasons — think holidays or big sales — it might take an extra day or two. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your package ships.
Shipping Options
We offer a few different speeds depending on how fast you need your order:

Economy: Flat rate of $9.99, or free on orders over $49.99 before tax. Usually arrives 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

Standard Ground: $12.99 flat, or $4.99 on orders over $49.99. Also 2 to 5 business days once it ships.

Express 2-Day: $21.99 flat, or $18.99 on orders over $49.99. Ships within 1 business day if you order by 11 AM EST on a weekday.

Express Next Day: $31.99 flat, or $24.99 on orders over $49.99. Same cutoff — order by 11 AM EST on a weekday and it ships the same day.
A quick heads-up: Saturday delivery isn't available on any of our options, and express services can't go to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses. Economy shipping does reach those places, but it may take a bit longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account and check your order history — the tracking link will be right there. If you checked out as a guest, you can use the order status page with your order number and email address. Pro tip: make sure to capitalize the "CUS" at the end of your order number when entering it.
Shipping Damage
If your box shows up looking rough and the shoes inside are damaged, contact us through our website's contact page within 30 days of delivery. We'll get you a replacement or a refund. Don't stress — we've got you.
Wrong Address?
Double-check your shipping details before you hit that final order button. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, reach out to us as quickly as you can. Once a package ships, we can't redirect it.
International Shipping
Right now, we ship within the United States. If you're outside the country, keep an eye on our site — we're always looking at ways to reach more people.
